Curriculum Structure

Three-Level Progression

Level 1 is part of the 8-course Bagua Foundation Program ($1,888). Levels 2 and 3 unlock sequentially upon completion.

Level Goal

Understand the Jing-Qi-Shen model and establish a stable 20-minute daily seated practice.

History of Internal Alchemy

Survey the historical development of Taoist internal alchemy from the Han dynasty Cantong Qi through the Song-era synthesis, framing Jing-Qi-Shen as an educational cultural model.

Posture & Stability Training

Establish correct seated posture and natural abdominal breathing as the physical foundation for all subsequent concentration practices.

Focus & Emotional Observation

Apply the classical Taoist 'Shouyi' (守一) single-point focus method to develop non-reactive emotional observation and inner stillness during daily short sessions.

The Li Program is strictly a Traditional Daoist-Based Mind-Body Cultural Education course. This curriculum focuses on cultural philosophy, breathing techniques, and focus training. It does NOT provide medical diagnoses, clinical therapeutic services, or psychiatric treatment of any kind.

Advanced inner cultivation practices (Levels 2–3) involving sustained internal focus and breath regulation are NOT suitable for individuals currently experiencing severe depression, active anxiety disorders, or post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD). Participants with a history of psychotic episodes or who are currently prescribed psychiatric medication must obtain written clearance from a registered psychiatrist or GP before enrolling in Level 2 or above.
